I'm not sure there's much to be got out of DXC. You can get yourself better training by watching YouTube and working on your own projects. They'll say you'll get a pay review in 12 months time. This will become more like 18 months and you'll be awarded 0%. They know 50% of new intake leave and that's all be factored into the cost saving sales pitch used to get Skanska to move you into DXC. Welcome to the sh-t show.
Poor muppets; get as much out as DXC Technology; learning and doing little work as possible - if near retirement age simply wait to be canned, if got 10 years+ left leave rats nest of DXC as soon as possible
