Sales Managers here are the worst. Literally the worst when it comes to talking to people or rather not talking to people. Letting people stay here that should have been fired or forced out years ago. You got people working here for 9-11 years and they have the knowledge of a new hire. None will help you whatsoever and makes you rely on other people.

The only minority destroying this country is THE RICH.
Its not only D E I hires its the good old boy system and looking out for your friends and relatives no matter whether they know anything or not. Look at bb for example moving the boy elsewhere. They all should be ashamed at how people are promoted and then get to keep their jobs even when they are terrible managers and in way over their heads. If you have been here any length of time you have seen it time and time again but upper management seems to not be able to see it
Especially the ones that ramble on and on word salads.
Most DEI hires r managers in case anyone hasn’t noticed! I’m sure they are in all departments but I swear I’ve seen more managers that have no clue that average employees!!
Sure have. DEI hires are probably a little sensitive right now.
Did anybody else notice a lot of posts have been deleted real fast lately? Seems like we have a sensitivity issue around here.
Oh yes. The “fake it till you make it” bosses. The ones that have faked it their entire career lying and riding coattails but when it really comes down to it, don’t know sh-t. There is an infestation of those types everywhere. You can’t fake it to the customers though, and it shows. Customers don’t put up with the bullsh-t, and have more choices than ever before.
No lies detected! Anything above an hourly person is clueless!!!
