You left but you still come back to whine... Grow up
you know what I’m finding out is to the XE way for its employees the bi--h bi--h bi--h, but never do anything about it. If you’re that unhappy get your résumé out there beat the pavement as it were and find another employer.
If you can’t find another employer, then be a professional and do your job to the best of your ability. A bunch of crybabies this been going on on this site and others for 10+ years stop complaining and do something.
Me 2023 January I had enough for the bullsh-t and left for a better job since that time I’ve gotten multiple pay increases unlimited vacation all the sick days I want and relatively cheap health insurance
The problem with DXC is that it doesn't trust it's own employees. Yet we're supposed to be trusted to run the critical infrastructure of huge companies and governments. If you need something you need it!! Endless paperwork and L3 approval does not help get stuff done nor save the company money. In fact people know it takes so long to get approval that they ask for things just incase, and then dare not hand them back or have to struggle because something got missed. So indeed DOGE could teach DXC something. Very little of my day is actually productive. The rest is chasing and justifying stuff that shouldn't need chasing or justifying. Dismiss anyone who abuses the trust and intentionally wastes money.
DXC have even taught Doge a few tricks but could also learn from them. DxC middle managers are masters of shrinking revenue but growing layers and processes.
Maybe its time to take some layers out, will be much more effective company.
