So the new leadership org chart is out. Looks like the 15-20% headcount reduction does not apply to this group but did we actually think it would? I’m sure they are all getting only COL raises this year as well

@ep, have at it. Hope they don't look too close and realize that all you want is something for nothing.
Chevron bought out Noble Energy . Why can’t I get an FTC investigation of defrauding of my mineral rights inheritance in Weld County, Colorado? An investigation would reveal crooked judges and lawyers, including lawyer brothers.
New exec org chart is just more of the same - moving the deck chairs on the Titanic. No new blood. No new ideas. Look for more stagnation in the future.
is this the story line for season two of Landman???????????????
Kind of bummed I didn’t see my name up there! I could have done great things!
We have to say that CVX is good (VERY GOOD) at something: MOVING PEOPLE AROUND AND GET THE SAME (BAD) RESULTS! LOL!
Well, at least now you know that 20% cut was also a lie, if they are not cutting top level, they will cut far more at the bottom. Enjoy believing lies that the ELT give with no "accountsbility"!
It’s one big joke!
Worthless and hopeless appointments. Time to AEOI. I don’t see how these recycled leaders can drive change and uphold accountability.
Balaji is the next CEO
Actually I’ve sent the before/after numbers, and Exec level is down 18%
Shouldn’t they have 20% bases out of Bangalore ?
@ab+1jmw5cqa4
Probably because India su-ks compared to the US and his family does not want to move.
How many more jobs are we gonna give Balajeet.
Same collection of stooges. No promotion for EB which is hugely surprising. BK may be overtaking her in the race for next CEO.
Wow B-dog is on a rocket ship, it's cool when you can move on and upward before doing a single thing of value.
same old same old. Balaji is the only person that represents the next generation. BN and CN are dinasoars
If you change or rearrange leadership often enough , you can always claim that there is a learning curve or we are in a period of transition
Why isn’t balaji going to Bangalore
The “visionary” ELT are nothing but a bunch of f**kups moved around. CVX is headed towards a bunch of presidents and vice presidents with admins, handing out dividends. no engineering, no innovation, zero strategy..
@a6+1jmw5cqa4
I think the movement in ELT is the way to "deflect accountability". If they wait to see if there is value then they might be "held accountable".
I agree. Nothing has changed—same story, same results. All talk, no action, and no accountability. So glad they're "transparent," but the real change is moving everything overseas to cut costs and boost numbers.
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again - expecting the same people who were too inept to even realize the problems they where in charge wont be, cannot be, the same people who can get us our. Culture is the problem, and this magic bullet org chart solution thinking is part of the problem.
Why would they move Balaji so soon? Shouldn’t they see the results of their ENGINE?
Their cost of living has gone up significantly. Vacation homes and collectors cars aren’t cheap.
Rearranging the deck chairs
There’s no big difference at all. Do they even hear themselves anymore?! What a bunch of BS.
