This is bullsh-t. Layoffs and yet everyone has noticed that our CEO has hired protection police- security for himself. It isn’t even a secret that he has them at his home too with his family . All of the cuts we did and yet we spend money on people to protect his family??? He makes enough to pay for his home and family himself.

Look y’all!!!!! Y’all pulled me in & I started reading bout our new security gentleman that everyone is posting about. I use that title loosely because his behavior with us ladies is insulting and far from being a gentleman. He likes gentleman’s clubs & the title works there. I am being facetious of course. I did find the DOJ official report of his misconduct. -

I read this little tidbit too. I know he only worked for a tiny company but look at how bad their guards looked. They posted their pics & they must have been proud. -https://x.com/brosnansecurity/status/1547989816674922496
“I may have dorked that one up “ our security lead said? That ONE? Really?
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/925908/revealed-identity-of-top-fbi-official-who-leaked-secret-information-to-media/
So many unapproved talks, violations of FBI rules, girls 5 years of “extensive contacts with the media”, gifts, strippers,…. A family member in the DOJ said they did not prosecute because the court case would reveal other things and places he worked that are classified for national security and would make the FBI look worse. No wonder he spent thousands to cover this pile.
Our leaders can’t expect us to trust or follow this. Stick a fork in him. He is done. Hiring his son was a lesser fu-k up than hiring this S-B.
Yikes!
Y;all, this link I put in under is some scary sh-t! Now we must demand that Mr Flitman be given with this. The article writer is even right about who he married. We should call our customers and fox news on they dont make this right.
https://journal-neo.su/2015/08/09/evidence-destroyed-by-fbi-agent-in-zurab-zhvania-mu---r-case/
If y'all google the victoria paarmann who they talk in the article and check her out on linkedin, y'all can tie this sh-t in together. This all open information on the internet and not classyfied. I found the directors of board names on our website and we can send them copies of everything we read. His thousands he paid to clean his name but I don't give a rip what he spent - they need to make this right. I looked and found a director of new business title on US Foods but can not tell if that is who hired the son. I tried but it don't make no difference really. He gone any ole way.
The link below is what she called a “blisterie review” that my GOV customer texted me when I was delivery . She said she got it from her procure department. She’s meeting with them next week and wanted to know what I know. I shut my pie whole cuz I don’t want trouble.

TOPEKA's ready. May we suggest we do a mass call off on every holiday until they fix this sh-t. What Im reading is them showing us they don't give a fu-k about us. And no way in FU-K I am calling security or answering questions from those fu--s. The sh-t they tried to do to us was steamroll on us. On a good note, they cant fire our assess for anything that dirty motherf----rdid. Strip clubs, telling classified information on our company, lying, accepting gifts, and all of that other sh-t he admitted to is ok now. If they fire any of us for that sh-t, they are fu---d. We can give the same bullsh-t excuse he gave and they can't touch us or we will be rich bi--h. If they can hire someone for that sh-t, they can't fire us for the same. Especailly if any of you are women or mnors or something. They just set bar for what we can do.
I thought the same thing but no it is true. Under this paragraph you will find the link that shows his career. I received it from my HR friend who is sick about this and hoping he leaves or gets let go so we can all go back to our normal life and come together again. I share her feelings. Maybe they learned from their poor choices and these types of choices won’t be made again.

This can't be true. No way this guy gets hired or that we hire the son of a CEO to work security for him. No fu--ing way. Our execs are stupid but not this fu--ing stupid. I heard about this at work and am not sure I believe this sh-t. It's just too fu--ing stupid for them to do for me to believe this. I mean really? Are we sure this bad police man is really the one they hired? It may be a same name or something like that. They know that we would have to deal with sh-t from our military and government customers so no way it is the same guy. Especially with a background that is as bad as the dirty police man's is. Has anyone checked it out to make sure it is the same guy?
He is still here. Active on Outlook. I told my customer. I ain't going down lying for these bi--hes.
Is this nightmare finally over? Has the last piece of this fu-k up finally been tossed? Can we please now go back to being the US Foods I signed up for over 10 years ago? We weren't always perfect but we hired the right people and we worked together to get er done. There is no chance in hells that we would ever have hired the son and then back it up with a bad apple that offends every woman in the company and has a big fu--ing mouth. No chance. I still believe our leaders are about to do the right thing and toss the final mistake and maybe hand over the keys to John who has been in security for over 20 years. He always took care of us when we needed the cameras fixed or needed help with stolen sh-t. i disagree with most of you cuz I believe Flitman does need security nowadays but bringing in his son and then a crooked cop caused this sh-t storm. Toss out the garbage and lets get back to helping our customers make it. I had my navy customer ask me about this this week. I just told them it was true but that they are looking into it. They told me not to say what I see during my deliveries. This sh-t is ridiculous.
This is embarrassing. How did this slip through the background discovery and if they knew, WTF we’re y’all thinking?
All of this is hard to know. I took my entire lunch time in the cafe to read every comment and it is surprising that we made all of this mess. I mean, come on people. Is the "bad cop" still with us? How do we women call and report being s-xualy harrassment or discrimination to a security office who has a boss who admitted to going to strip clubs and lies and talks too much. That explores or exposes us ladys. I feel like we are living in the 90s again. The me too movemant is gone i guess. Time to look for a new job or do I call EEOC? Any ideas from any of you cause I like my job and it is close to home but this is scary. NOLA
Plymouth will join.
You posted on the wrong thread, If this is about Montgomery, I read about that on another thread. Good for you for choosing to call them and good luck.
I filed with OSHA like another one did. We are still not safe here.
Goodness! Is this really the same associate that is here now? There may be a mistake because I can’t see out HR associates hiring someone like this for a position like that.
Sickening! Another bad cop. Norcross will join.
Lets not forget how this all started. The Business Director hired the son and the HR and Operations Vice Pres started all of this going. We can't put the blame on the two that were hired that either had sh-t in the past or were not qualified. It is the first three that caused this sh-t. The Vice Pres security needs to leave but the other three need to apologize or some sh-t.
Oh dear. Over 20 years here and this is comparable to the fraud problem we had 20 something years ago. I expected them to be ultra careful and only hire people with a squeaky clean history for any management position but they really dropped the ball on this one. Or like our VP of Security said back then, in the article when he admitted guilt, they " dorked this one up".
My husband is retiring soon from a DOJ position of authority and lets just say he knew of this case intimately and he said they did not prosecute him though the investigation showed he had done it and tried to cover his tracks because taking it to court could have revealed other "mishaps and conduct" and things that he was working on that they did not want exposed to the public. So the DOJ stood down and controlled it on the inside.
He said he was really surprised we hired him because there are still folks in the GOV that don't care for what happened.
Check this sh-t out!. My manager at the warehouse showed it to us. It is the new "thing" everyone is talking about.
https://journal-neo.su/2015/08/09/evidence-destroyed-by-fbi-agent-in-zurab-zhvania-mu---r-case/
He was comprimized? Strip clubs? This is all on the internet and our HR crew missed it? This is a black eye to our company and you are all right. I won't report sh-t to security. There are a lot more out there too.
I read another site that showed the leaking of classified information and other inappropriate conversations and went on over 15 years ago and continued. He probably sold them on he was trying to do the right thing due to political issues but those dates and activity go beyond all that shot. This man is a fraud and cannot be trusted and MUST GO!
Fu--ing traitor. That is as bad or worse than the last link. That explains why no other real company would hire his a-s. Now we will find out if it was a mistake and our ELT didn't know or if they will bury it. This is a no-brainer for the board and ELC or ELT or what ever the fu-k our mucky mucks are called.
Look at this link below!!!!!!!! This is how our HR team may have missed it. He spent thousands of dollars to cover his tracks and minimized what he did to HR managers if they asked. Now they know and can take the only acceptable action to us. He is crooked. You surprised us and did the right thing and took action on your son. Now it’s time to do it to the one that tarnishes our company name and may cause us government and military contracts.
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/2008333/top-fbi-official-who-leaked-secrets-spent-thousands-to-boost-online-reputation-before-name-revealed/
Deplorable!
It looks like we bought his s-b story of what happened and other companies where he applied to did not. Papa smurf or someone must have known him since the job was not posted and they snuck him in like they did the son. Why are we the d-mb fu--s that . bought his sh-t knowing it would get out. We have government customers and now you are going to fu-k that all up.
Sh-t!!!!!!!! The article says he tried to throw another government worker under the bus by lying about what he told him and then they found out the he was lying? This is who you want us to trust? Never! I thought we were a better company than this. Flitman, he should be fired and the HR head should resign now.
A contractor is doing the security for the big man but he told us he is being hired as an employee. He said this was his first real job doing security for the big wigs. He is a nice man. We looked him up and he doesn’t have any certifications. So who do these security employees work for that decided to keep hiring unqualified employees without experience?
Who’s doing his protection now that his son is gone?
Let’s face it. Him being out is good. He may have been a “good guy” but he didn’t get this job fairly and he ain’t qualified. The same goes for his boss. The damage of the poor hires is on display. Now they have a lead that no one trusts in security. I won’t be telling him anything that is going on in my market either. If we don’t have trust and a solid moral compass, you should not be in that position.
Noooo! Tell me you are lying. His kid was cool and knew his sh-t. When he was with us in our distribution center we really liked him. It sounds like if his boss had talked less sh-t about him and helped train him, he would have been fine but instead he had to worry about him talking sh-t and not helping him. He never had a chance with a boss that ain’t helping him. I have a question about his a--hole boss. Should that a--hole keep his job if he can’t be trusted to shut his fu--ing mouth and be part of the solution and not the problem? He talks bad about our leaders choices and his employees and yet little flitman gets the axe? That’s some bullsh-t!
This may be news or maybe y'all already know this. My wife's dad used to work with our new security veep and he was at a restaurant or store or something and they were talking. He told him about what they had done at US Foods and that they hired the son before he got there. He thought they were "d-mb assess" to do that. He said he even told the execs and others that it was d-mb to do that. He told my father in law and some others there that Flitman's son is no longer with us here at US Foods. i looked for the son's name on our company email and I don't see his name anywhere. He said Flitman's son had shown his unprofessional style and threatened someone or an employee or somehting and is no longer here because he did that. He said he always knew his son's mouth would get him in hot water. He is not wrong about that but the veep has a big mouth too. Is he suppose to talk about his former employees and US Foods business out in the open? I would be pi---d if my boss did that to me!! At least I know never to tell security sh-t because they have loose lips.
Allentown is ready too. It’s spreading st the right time in here. If they have this kind of dollars to spend on these two d-mb sh--s, we about to gets paid.
Missouri will jump in too.
Just seeing this site after they told me about it at my stockyards. I didn’t completely believe it til I read it. They should be embarrassed.
I don’t blame the son or MR DF. I blame the HR hear and the operations Attila dude and the director of business that hired him and the VP it security. But the complainant guy should be fired because it is his job to prevent this and he was all in. If he has ever fired someone for a compliance violation, sue US foods because they have different rules for different people, especially men
You can call the department of labor, EEOC or an attorney that will answer your questions for free to see if there is a case.
Did anyone notice at the end of this thread there is a box to see older posts about this? I clicked on it and the comments there are even more damnings and hundreds have liked them. Thank you to layoffs, com for this site that lets regular joes like us have a voice. We really thank all of you for this site!
Why does this surprise all of you? Attila the Hahn brought in his friends from target and fu---d us who were next for positions. The company is littered with his target friends. My HR rep says it was still done correctly because they posted the positions and let people apply even though they never had a chance to get the job and were just going through the motions but at least they followed the rules. She said that was.a big different from what happened when they hired Flitman’s son and his new police boss. The jobs were not posted, they were given special treatment, and they broke all of the HR and employment laws. She said one of the HR reps that was asked to be part of the group that did what she called the white glove treatment was sick to her stomach about doing it and spoke to her about it. She said they even spent almost 1000 dollars on clothes like dress shirts and a suit to wear at the office and class rooms for his son. The company paid for it and that they were told to get him extra company swag like company name clothes and sh-t. She said they even asked if she can keep him out of work day or email for some months to hide he was here but that she was thankful it could not be done. She said the police guy was telling them where to send the son for training before he even started as a employee and we spent thousands to do it at an outside company that had a friend he knew train him at a school he owned. Let’s hope there weren’t kick backs. This whole thing needs to be looked at by compliance but since they won’t do it, is there a state or US agency I can call to report this and see if laws were broken? Do any of y’all know?
Knoxville is the Volunteer city and we will volunteer with our brothers. Fu-kem!
Great post! Our North Dakota broadline will step up too.
Happy Father’s Day to our CEO who made sure his son was taken care of and given special treatment and even brought in a guy who also doesn’t have experience to manage him. Congrats to Dave Flitman who threw his other thousands of us under the bus and layed off many. You are a great example of ethics and showing him what him working hard on his own can do to accomplish his son’s dreams. Yoh even had your leaders cheat to bring him on board and have other associates feeling dirty by violating our company rules. You sir, are the father of the year.
