I'm taking it.. been here 17 years in IT, currently in ITFP. I'm hoping leadership isn't seeing me as a critical resource, but they might. Either way I'm taking some severance.
I've already reached out to the many vendors we use and already have had many reply back with interest.
Going to take the severance, find a job, then what's left - Ho----s and Blow.
How many ES's are planning to EOI?
Probably more than you think, which is why they are not offering an enhanced AEOI program. All the ones who stood on the sidelines in 2020 and regretted their decision will pull the trigger now. Lessens the burden for the rest of us.
I think I am. I switched my LinkedIn to looking for work and immediately got recruiters reaching out.
