IS ASC SHUTTING DOWN IN TX NEXT MONTH?

Rumblings on Reddit say the new North American product is being shut down in TX next month after only 6 months on the market. Someone else also posted that it was pulled in western Washington after only 2 weeks. Anyone able to confirm this?

TX is not shutting down.
They are just using a different name as the underlying underwriting company name.

ASC product has a lot of complaints being opened within many states. It is a product that was poorly designed, poorly implemented, and poorly initiated. Also it will not be able to be offered in a lot of states based on their insurance laws and regulations.
