What types of official actions does HCSC take to penalize senior level employees? For example are there official processes in place that have to be communicated to the employee or is there a development action plan that has to be implemented? Coaching, etc?

As a matter of policy, they don't relay information back to the employee
They don’t have a problem firing senior leaders if they have a personality clash with a more senior leader.
It would depend entirely on what they’re being accused of/punished for, I would think. There aren’t any exceptions to standard policies for senior level employees. But most things people think should be fireable offenses certainly are not — subject-matter incompetence, being a terrible leader, and generally being a toxic personality, for example.
