As an HR person, I can tell you - nobody cares and doesn't matter.

I’m confident the EEOC is going to the DOGE’d out of existence soon.

I read about one person a couple of years ago - he died of stress due to the corporate lawyers constant delays, motions, and denials. This sage is still online if you want to search for it.

The EEOC is bloated and an extremely slow process. Like that other post suggested you should also hire a lawyer in addition.

Y’all know that every state except Montana is an at will state right? It’s just like what’s going on in the United States right now. They’re trying to trim the budget. They’re gonna make you as miserable as they can and hope that you quit.

Umm good luck with that. The MAGHAts have probably DOGEd the EEOC out of existence already. If not, it’s coming soon.

You really need a lawyer in addition to submitting a complaint with the EEOC. EEOC doesn't move very fast.
