Chevron HR have been tasked to categorise each topic, post, thread and location etc to determine lessons learned, what’s going well, what’s not and provide recommendations and feedback to to board, impacted BUs, HR….. to support all future, org changes, VCAs, ROMs and offshoring rollouts……
It’s all supporting the 2026, “Make Chevron Great Again” initiative….

Well it would be good if HR actually took notice of the recommendations on this site about who to show the door.
Would make the upcoming cul less arbitrary as the worker bees know who is not performing way more than the so called management do.
