Does anyone know what is the plan for CarelonRX IT teams in regards to rebadging or rifs? Leadership has been squeaking by very quiet and little to no information.

I've seen this done by many companies across multiple industries and it never works out. Eventually, the CIO and cronies get canned with things brought back in-house but it's never quite the same.
When US companies can outsource IT functions to Indian workers who will eagerly accept $500 a month or even less (in India) in pay, how can they justify retaining US-based IT employees?
If it can be outsourced to a managed service provider, it will be. The timing is being staged across Carelon and Elevance.
Look at what happened elsewhere under Rat.. same strategy is what I am hearing.. aka rebadging.. (to avoid severance)
