good morning!
make sure you guys check the VRSP sharepoint DAILY because they’re adding and deleting things left and right.
side note: on sparq search “VRSP” and you can see the last time the sharepoint was modified.

Only those offered the VRSP will have access to the sharepoint
Anyone affected by this needs to see a labor-specialized attorney in their state!
The letter was originally dated November. Sooo how long have they been hatching this fiasco
They removed the no contest on unemployment claims that was on there yesterday, it is not up to them regarding unemployment, most states will view that as quitting and make you not able to get unemployment but check with your with your state. I called mine and they said it’s case by case and this sounds like a “gray” area however on paper looks like quitting
I’ve been hearing this. I read somewhere that they removed the line stating they wouldn’t contest unemployment compensation if approved. If that’s true, it’s completely wrong. I’ve been with United HealthCare for 11 years, I love my career, but I’m now considering taking the guaranteed money and leaving. I’m currently on maternity leave, so I don’t have access to my computer, the SharePoint, or can’t participate in the informational meetings.
I'm not impacted, but monitoring what's going on. Its interesting how if I search VRSP, I get no hits whatsoever and the rest of the company doesn't acknowledge this is going on.
One particular important update is regarding unemployment and how they won't dispute any claims.
on the call they said they would update it when more questions come in
Good morning ☀️
