We are all witnesses of very bad planning, which of course has disastrous consequences for the company. However, the consequences of this bad planning are never felt by those who should, but by the employees. Will our so-called leadership ever take responsibility for their bad decisions?

He-l no!! Leadership never takes responsibility for their disastrous decisions. Its always the workers fault for not doing it right.
