Wonder when the layoffs will start if you don’t sign this.

Someone already stated that April 17th is the next layoff/RIF which would likely mean last day of employment would be May 1st.
They did NOT say which Business Segments would be laid off/RIFed on April 17th.
Last year, April 18, 2024 was a huge layoff/RIF ~20k US employees RIFed across many Business Segments. For example: Optum Tech was one of those Business Segments.
Since they need to crunch the numbers again after the 3/3 deadline then figure out the next magic number it will take a little while to construct the next ki-l list. Next round of layoffs Q2 on 4/17 or 4/24 would by my guess
Everything is dependent on business needs. People keep saying may 1st and it could be sooner
You have to March 3 to sign, not May 1st. May 1st is the last day for those who DO sign
After May 01 since that's the time they're giving people to sign it.
