Raises and Bonus time?

Has anyone did their review with your manager to see if you will get a bonus or raise? Specifically in Aero? I wonder if they will deny everyone’s incentive plan bonus, and any potential raise, giving the current political climate with Defense; and the upcoming sp-t?

1j1+1jmed2ra8 the MIP is paid out end of March.

Being at the "top of the range" su-ks. Depending on your circumstance, it may not be the end though. You are already a band 4 since asking about MIP, but if you still have a title or two before Director, promotion is still an option to push your range higher. If not, I'd bet additional director titles will open up in IT with the spin-off since the functions Corp used to own need to be absorbed in the new stand alone companies.

Anyone know when the MIP will be paid out?

With the recent cuts, increased workload after last year’s layoff and doubling the workload for the M&A activities I think I’m done. The vague and uncertain promise of a potential job in the Aero org for a US Citizens isn’t enough to deal with the issues the next 2-3 years splitting the company.

The 70 heads let go in Corp IT that was not based on performance completely demoralized me. I’m a top performer and every year I receive and exceeds level 2 with 100+% MIP payout. I’m told I should be lucky I received a 3% pay bump and that I’m at the top of the range. Futures years I could continue to perform but possibly receive no raise.

What exactly is my motivation to stay then and continue to exceed expectations?

yes, did mine yesterday. I got a "raise" or that's what they call it and got the annual MIP for band 4. So I don't think it is affecting Aero

I hope I get another retention bonus. I can't live on salary and MIP alone.

I've been told I can start sharing that with my team this coming Monday. As of now, raises and bonuses are going ahead as planned.

From what I see the 5 block MIP payout seems to be right at 100% of plan. Raises are about 3% average in the 5 block.
