There is a RIF meeting happening on Feb 20th at Optum Tech. All managers who have directs that are impacted by this RIF are invited to the meeting.

I have directs. I'm in Optum Tech. I'm not aware of any meeting. Yet.
This worries me because my boss stated that she has a 3 hour meeting with Optum Finance on the 20th.
I really really wish they would be honest with us 😔 so we can prepare. I love my job too and don’t want to leave, but the alternative will not benefit me financially.
