Hi all an LL5! They'll tell you. They don't have to do time tracking and they don't have PRs.

Ford of an oligarchy. The sooner you realize that the better off you'll be. That's why so many want to reach the LL5 promise land. And if you get to LL4 it's even better! Management lease vehicles free for life, etc.

The system is rigged.

What really gets the folks is how come JF will get a $20mn plus bonus next month? Is he not the one who pushed for all this EV garbage? Insults his workforce like he really knows what he is doing. Jim I know everything (just ask) Farley...

Those check collectors that rated as bottom performers three years in a row should receive a negative % both in salary and bonus. Clean them out and make Ford great again!
