I think it is going to take the whole club getting pneumonia before we get a lick of heat. We are working in winter jackets and gloves. Turn up the heat.

I work in the backroom and it is freezing in the winter time, we have 2 heaters that blow in 2 spots that’s it, we have to wear layered pants, shirts , socks hats and gloves, something needs to be done, we complain every year and nothing is ever done
It’s controlled by corporate and they don’t take into consideration where some stores are located. I’m in California and In the summer it’s 122 outside and we get no AC in our store. We have to stand in the dairy or produce cooler to cool down
YES!!!! HEAT please!!! Sick of wearing foot warmers, electric gloves, puffy coat, fleece lined denims, etc. ALL DAY everyday!!! I even wear them at lunch while eating hot soup. That's how chilled my body is!!!
The A/C is on in our breakroom! It is ridiculous
