We had an all employee meeting last week where the new CEO committed to keeping DEI. We will be short staffed, working to the bone but we will have the proper split of skin colors.

Let’s not forget about the town hall in which he and another VP sat there talking about how they were gonna go to Aspen and Paris for Christmas after we got one of the most abysmal raises ever and they blamed it on Covid. Meanwhile the company raked in $$$$$$ while we worked ourselves to the bone.
I'm not sure what departments ya'll work in but you're just as out of touch as well..u know. Apparently not low enough in pay grade to REALLY know. Ya'll think the media is dragging the company? Uh, more like aired dirty laundry. No ONE should've had to fall on the sword for a whole company but he was no angel either. DUI, insider trading & who knows what else..U think u would be spared after yearly background if u had a DUI? He sold $15m in stocks b4 CH attack was announced causing $25B drop in stock value..U think he had YA'LL in mind..while drunk driving & doing fraud? U see how fast he was replaced? Yet there's 1,000s of internals that can't even get one interview from over 50 application submissions. They're laying off whole dpts left & right with little to no notice. Single income families with real bills..& Ya'll think it's the media's fault?! People with 4's got either 1% or no merit increase with record profits! You think they losing a wink of sleep over ya'll losing ur home, car, Healthcare? It's insane that due to the lack of transparency you're constantly watching your back wondering if you or your dept. Will get the axe..even solid performers are never safe. Do ya'll think its normal working for a F500 co, THE leader in the industry to be a direct witness for 4RIFs in 10yrs? The hold Townhalls playing in your face giving u thanks & praise for THEIR earnings & the VERY next week hold layoff meetings..again I ask, ya'll think it's the media's fault? Ya'll put the kool-aid down & go touch grass..THE CALL IS COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE PEOPLE!
I say talk to the guy. Let the media know what it's really like working for this company ask the way down to the benefits. What do you care about Luigi and how he was portrayed? He is just another frustrated person that sees how Healthcare operates, he just went about his frustrations in the wrong manner. I don't disagree with any of his grievances but I would never take it to the level he did. Insurance is a scam and the companies like UHC are fraudsters. I have lucked out with all the past years layoffs and don't know what is going on with my area, but if I were to get laid off, I would talk to this guy and Fox News and whoever else was in the media.

After what Fox, NBC, ABC and all the other media did to glorify that mu-----r of BT you aren’t going to get far with the UHC family. Even if they are doing a layoff we all know Brian was a great guy and didn’t deserve what happened to him. And that sicko sure doesn’t deserve to be glorified like he is.
Honestly... We have been treated like dirt by MSM and the employees labeled as evil since Brian was ki-led. The media does not understand the industry. The whole thing su-ks but your inflammation probably did not help.

Yeah, no thanks. This is upsetting enough for employees so not going to invite the media to the table and have you cause a feeding frenzy. Take your investigation elsewhere.
