It looks like the chief marketing officer in kinetic got the ax and they are moving that group over to enterprise.

Sid ain’t got time for this thread. He’s too busy packing his bags for trips to Vegas and Mexico and counting all the cash me makes all on the backs of others. Big thanks for all the leads that are so easy to sweep in and steal
Look around, how many in the top 3-4-5 layers were in their same positions 5-6 years ago? How about before TT became CEO? Very few, if any. If you are still around, buckle up you have not seen anything yet.
Everyone will be parted out soon. Update your resumes.
Keep the faith
When’s the big cuts coming to marketing and channel support? Tremendous cuts, the best cuts. There’s this one guy—runs Smartsheet, thinks he’s so smart, right? WS could automate that, outsource it, save six figures, maybe more I’d just guess. His HR record? Won’t even go there, I’m hearing things, but who knows. And some of these marketing and channel support people, wow, they’ve used to sleep around—constantly, with each other, even, with rings on their fingers! Still do? Can you believe it? Sad!
Sid will save the day with his fraud strategies. Just enough time to get promoted again in field sales and steal sales from other people. Maybe get his credentials revoked again. Doesnt matter the guy has a nice smile and thats what really matters.
Kinetic Marketing moving under Enterprise likely means the end of Channel Support.
@am+1jmcwz8jv You got that right. There are a lot of “fish out of water” all over the place. It is what happens when people are put in positions for the wrong reasons. Several have no damn clue what they are doing and they wonder why customers leave and don’t come back. There are way too many that can talk the talk, but have no damn clue how to walk to walk.
There has to be more cuts coming soon! They just redid the new dou--ebag Chief Marketing Officer. He is all about cuts and long winded nonsense.
I am not surprised. He was a finance bro that was brought in because JS loved him. He was a good guy and a smart worker but he was a fish out of water in marketing.
Kinetic Marketing still has a ton of consultants, senior consultants, principals, etc that were hired by Clay at gross salaries and don't even know how to use basic tools beyond email and power point. I wonder how long they last.
All moves to realign with the new merged company org chart. We will see what “kings and queens” remain when it is all said and done. I’d put money on a March week 3 RIF. Post Presidents trip, new marketing leadership alignments, and after year end bonus payouts for the elite. Have to tighten up the books a little more before 2Q and the merger. Every year there has been some trip goers get hit.
