Centene doesn't deserve your best. It doesn't even deserve your average. Learn to play their game, do some kissing up, work only as much as you have to, and call it a day.

Agreed. They’ll just hire outside peeps into director and vp roles with no experience. I mean look at compliance….
Agreed. Your family (or pets) deserve your best and your attention. Don't miss the important things because of work - you won't get those opportunities ever again. Be there for what matters - Centene does not care about you. Have that courageous conversation with yourself.
