How is it possible that a new hire grade 12 makes 120k? Whereas a experienced grade 12 is making 100k? This is bullsh-t unfair.

I hope the OP gets laid off for being so d-mb.
I’m confused. I’m a 15b but my geocode says c? Is the letter after your grade supposed to represent your geocode?
Okay, let's cut through the BS. What city is that person in and what city are you in? If you're in a geocode c and they are in geocode f they are definitely going to get paid more than you.
Also that salary is not possible in geocode a Through d. Almost impossible in e.
In geocode f, 120 is slightly above 110% midpoint.
Very unlikely they were hired at a 12, you just think they're at 12. Or maybe you're just guessing at everything.
OP is just trolling. A grade 12 wouldn’t make that much at this bank. A grade 12 will be fortunate to crack 6 figures.
Life isn’t always fair.
You have to job hop if you want to earn more. It's always been this way.
How does the world work and why isn't it fair?
Stop posting bullsh-t, OP.
I’m a grade 12c and the max is 111k. But they usually hire at 90% of mid point.
I was at a G15 and in salary city C and barely made $120k. Very glad I found an external opportunity that is paying me market rate for my role.
I meant grade 13.
Zero chance of a G12 making $120K or even $100K. I call BS on your post.
