Need help creating a HILS for Directors. Employees have one (Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, Service), but it is not followed by Directors. Here's a start:
H: Hypocrite
I: Ignorant
L: Liar
S: Spin the Truth

You guys have some bad leaders. It’s not like that everywhere in the company. Try moving to a new team.

Lay low.
Stockpile.
You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time
For those that don’t know, a director there is a manager anywhere else. The managers there are a supervisor anywhere else. A lot of inexperience made it into those roles. Game the metrics and be a cheerleader for all change,
good and bad, and you could be the next manager or director. Speak up and you are disqualified.
