Anyone else sick of the only people getting LTIs worth anything are the engineers and the mgmt? Over the past 3-4 years my LTIs have been reduced each year. I thought ok, maybe it’s me, but I’ve spoken to other staff that I know and they’re seeing the same thing. Reduced LTIs. The only ones not seeing a reduction are engineers and our mgmt. After waiting for 3 years for them to vest and then taxes, the LTIs are so small they are not even material, like a few grand. It’s another case of the VPs being so out of touch they don’t even realize the LTIs are pretty much irrelevant. Not even adding the PSU ratio that will drop it even further. Then they tell you to talk with your personal tax advisor? About a few grand?? It’s a joke.

I have spoken to a lot of people who are going to see if they get anything and then leave the company after pay out. It’s a train wreck and no improvement in sight.
Seems like HR got around to posting on here😂. Just work harder and you’ll get more money. That’s ridiculous. The CLT has consistently set the score card artificially high so that we can’t meet it and the company can reduce bonuses. It’s a scam and they hope you’re too d-mb to notice. Jon is about done anyways because he hasn’t done anything for our stock price. We want Alex back. Jon is a dud.
Lti’s were worse at Husky. They seem to be trending to the Husky lti cr-p we got before.
A lot of people I talked to are just going to get CVE to pay them out vs hold on to the stock. It’s worthless and you may as well take the cash and put it into another stock that might actually make some money. Like CNRL. Hahahaha.
The other funny not funny thing is our stock is in the toilet and not one person at the top is held accountable. They’ll all make their money and millions in bonuses even though they’ve done nothing to increase the value of the company.
Well the way our scorecard and stock performance has gone you better get ready for them to be reduced again. This company doesn’t care if you stay or go. Thus the lower LTIs. In fact they would prefer you left so they don’t have to pay out packages during any layoffs.
