I have calculated that one full day per week is being spent on sales meetings. Duplications of last year’s meetings. Digital this digital that. It’s not new. The redundancy is incredible.
Add to this managing the offshore groups and bottlenecks they create where we have to learn their jobs to ensure that our customers are taken care of.
The waste of time spent on repetition and chasing our internal partners is a horrific nightmare.
If you bring it up to SLT they try to sell you on what they think you want to hear without even attempting to fix it.

This is problem. Sales leaders, stop wasting time with redundant meetings. Get in car with your team and visit new business.
Maybe mgmt shouldn't be trying to merge with a Chinese company currently banned by DHS.

Xerox does imaging and document storage. Why would the US Government honor any contract tied to the CCP? They wouldn't, post-merger all the Fed contracts are as good as gone.
DEI is now a very bad word.
Having spent twenty years here, I can honestly state not one dime has gone into any type of process improvement or infrastructure for sales. But on the other hand, we won another DEI Award!
