Heads-up, Carelon Care Navigation for Medicare Case Management is asking some managers to identify at least 1 RN CM from each team to prepare for a layoff.

Oh wow, that's really scary. The behavioral team has been notified of restructuring but they seem unable to tell us if people will be laid off or if the whole team will be kept.
