How many VPs at Chevron have no clue what they’re doing? How many directors hold that title when their skills barely match those of an entry-level employee? And how many managers rely solely on fear to lead, completely lacking any real people skills? If Chevron laid off those folks, I wouldn’t complain. In fact, it might actually do some good.
