The COLA is higher than the standard raise. Makes you wonder what the LT gets

Yeah it su-ks with the pmp system there is a suggested amount of merit raise and CIP, but the budget that is allocated to supervisors often doesn't cover enough to give everyone on the team the suggested amounts

PSG 16

At 125% CO

  1. 5% Merit

4% CIP

You guys think I should look to move elsewhere? I didn’t know PSGs went over 20!!

@dz+1jm96p0s5 I'm new here, but this is the worst thing I've seen. Even if you're a top performer at 100% CO, you get no raise unless they decide to promote you. I really can't understand this. I have heard you can go up to like 120% ?

Correction

PSG 23
merit increase = 2.8%
CIP = 18.8%

  1. 8% merit increase (101% CO)
  2. 8% CIP

3% at psg 18 90% CO, barely any increase at all in absolute value

PSG 21, 90% CO, 4VC.

  1. 4% raise, 13% CIP

  1. 6%. PSG 23. One EM.

PSG 23 already at 100% CO, so wasn’t expecting much of a raise despite having 3 EEs + 1 VC (grow cap) due to the state of the company (and my promotion didn’t go through).

Got 3% raise and 22.7% CIP.

@dc+1jm96p0s5: Count your blessings. Mine is barely 2% with 3 EEs. Honestly, why bother?

Starting point is 2% , depending on performance and where you’re at relative to percentage of current PSG

Comp ratio is 93%, only got 4.7%, even lower than last year, 3 EEs, disappointed and not sure what might be the reason for the lower increase? Any insights?

My supervisor is too lazy to share this yet although he’s online. That’s like the only thing that he needs to do today…..

Does a promotion come with a bigger pay bump than your typical raise?

Less than 3%... CIP was double last year...

7% down here, seems the ones with higher raise are at a plant level vs office setting

Congrats that you got 7%
This include merit increase and structure.
And the increases depends on where you are in CO%

If you’re not close to 100%, then 7% is pretty feasible with good performance. If you’re over 100%, then you’ll be lucky to get 2% structure even with good performance
