Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

Another awesome Monday is upon us.

If you didn´t get the title was meant to be sarcastic. I´m sorry. But there is good news at the end of the rainbow. A barrage of endless calls, meetings and sweeping dirt under the rug is in your new future.

Gainwell executives did not force you lifers to not maintain current skill sets. That is your own doing.

These posts could describe just about any Medicaid account I ever worked with at Gainwell. It's all about self-preservation and covering up years of bad practices and subterfuge. Lots of work to "manage" the client relationship when you can't tell a good story.

Old timers are just taking new direction due to new leadership. They have always trickled down from above. When something goes from profitable to not you have to look at what’s changed. The marketplace hasn’t with the exception of new mandates. Come on folks are you not looking at the big picture? Here’s what changed. Leadership and offshoring. Enough said!

Gainwell lifers: So what if I've worked in this dumpster fire for 30 years, it's the executive that was hired two weeks ago's fault! Not mine!

It's true, all the Gainwell lifers have worked here for so long the brain rot is normal to them.
