Yes we look busy short term moving all the ILEC customers to CLEC, and someone gets a nice commission, we get overtime cutting in new circuits, followed by disconnects a month later.
If you have to hire a sales person to sell your product, you’re not selling a good product. If you’re actually selling a bad product, you’re lying to sell it. If you’re making a living as a sales person, you’re a natural born crook. If you can pull it off and feel good about it good for you that’s the way the country works. But don’t take it the wrong way when you get swindled yourself
The referral programs are constantly getting facelifts because the sales have a way of manipulating the system and stealing tech referrals away from them

Sales makes it happen everyone. If you didnt sell you others wouldnt have a job. Techs would have nothing to install. HR would have nobody to fire. Managers would have no one to babble to.
