It’s official. They asking people to voluntarily resign. Why hide it from people give people as much time to find another job as possible.
Great looked and I’m under him…buyout sounds good, would force me to finally get the heck out! We had a mandatory meeting scheduled, late Friday, for Monday!
See prior post. I doubt anyone will say where they got info from. It’s rumor until it happens, but a mandatory meeting Monday matches up with the info in the earlier post. I guess we wait and see.
Where did you get the information the meeting is talking about a layoff or buyout? I’d think that info is pretty confidential right now.
Are you referring to the meeting in Specialty Benefits Ops? Or Specialty Benefits Business side?
Is this buyout UHC wide? Or just specific areas? And who is it all offered to? Certain grade levels?
Depends on the state regarding if unemployment is available for voluntary layoffs.
It’s about the voluntary buyout most likely. See the previous post for more information. Remember no unemployment benefits if you take the offer and resign.
