Don't agree. It's a reward system. Even a bad dog deserves a treat once in a while. Blame management for not using it correctly. If those lazy fks don't give their monthly allocation of stars out, they get forfeited up to their boss for them to give out. So your boss may be awarded your stars bc they were too lazy to give them to his people.

It's ironic that you refer to the government's "threat." The existence of DEI is primarily due to the previous administration's "THREAT" that pressured companies to adopt it initially.
