Our organization is getting rebranded to UST, and I’m curious how everyone is handling their PTO. Our leadership hasn’t addressed it at all—they’re staying calm and silent on whether we should use our time off. Meanwhile one of the so called “leader” is even threatening to forgo their PTO without any clear reason. How is everyone managing their PTO? Are you using it wisely or just letting it burn away?

VP’s have unlimited PTO to use at their discretion as long as their work is getting done, so for a VP to say they are forgo-ing it, it’s laughable.
UST global is an IT Services company based in India. They may have started handling business process insourcing as well, I am not sure. Several Elevance employees are being forced to become UST employees because RAT likes them (or like what they offer him in return ).
UST has been an IT vendor at Anthem for quite some time. Now, they are having additional responsibilities of herding and managing several folks who once were Elevance employees.
Can someone explain who UST is?
@cg+1jm1a114d - "Why would someone say they we going to “forgo” their pto? What purpose does that serve?"
The leader's purpose is to trick subordinates into losing their rightful PTO. Don't be gypped by this shady person's "example".
How much PTO does UST and Deloitte provide? Two weeks? At Hellevance, at least we had good PTO.

We were told to use our pto
