Based on Exxon experience if you are younger than 50 leave while you can. This is just the first round. Older employees will continue to be targeted and replaced by Indians. Get out now. Age discrimination is real and you don’t want to be older than 50 and looking for a job.

Just ride it out! I rode through quite a few of these unscathed and made it to the point of EOI. Anybody with real skills can find a place to land.
The job market is currently frozen. No one is hiring. Most jobs posted are ghost (fake) jobs. Inflation is going up again and our president is going crazy with tariffs. In a few months, I think USA will be in recession.
