After 6 months of being at Xerox I am happy to say I'm moving on from here for numerous of reasons. Company was always slow and wasn't doing what I was hired to do basically became a janitor and commute time to get to work was always almost 2 hours and to top it off my co workers thinks there your boss and tells you what to do to which I almost knock them out that in the end it was a toxic place to work at. Wish everyone here the best of luck and find what your looking for in life whether its with this company or elsewhere but in the end you got to do what makes you happy.

Yes, things can absolutely get worse for Xerox. The company’s downward spiral is showing no signs of slowing down. From a troubling history of mismanagement, including the disastrous UB fiasco, to the recent controversial merger and questionable financial decisions (like the $21,000 per month spent on storage), Xerox is digging itself into a deeper hole. The layoffs will eventually run out of people to let go, and as revenue continues to fall, the stock price will likely tank. With alleged internal corruption, questionable leadership, and no clear vision for recovery, Xerox’s situation could worsen rapidly. The inevitable conclusion seems to be a slow, painful collapse if drastic changes aren’t made. Recent class action lawsuits allege that Xerox misled investors about the impact of its "Reinvention" plan, further eroding trust in the company's leadership.

Ask the Lexmark employees if work can possibly get worse...

It blows my mind that Xerox is merging that uses slave labor.

It seems highly questionable that S.A.'s associate from Mars International, based in Clifton, New Jersey, is facilitating the storage of used Xerox machines at a cost of $21,000 per month—excluding transportation this is questionable because both associates live in Syracuse New York. Is Clifton New Jersey the closest warehouse store used machines? Of course not! This raises concerns about financial oversight and the justification for such expenditures.

If there is no clear business rationale behind this storage arrangement, it could indicate inefficiencies or even preferential decision-making that may not be in the company's best interest. Such costs should be subject to scrutiny, particularly when considering budget optimization and responsible financial management.

It would be prudent to investigate whether this expenditure aligns with company objectives or if alternative, more cost-effective solutions exist. Given the scale of the spending, a financial review may be warranted to ensure transparency and accountability.
