VCIP goes back to per BU basis.
Company cuts budgets on all other BUs and keeps dumping money to Alaska. Then Alaska gets top tier VCIP next year while everyone else gets a pathetic VCIP rating due to cost cutting. Sounds fair to me :)

Its a great thing since some of us have been carrying the company!
I think at the end of the day its better to have one structure. But I understand also that an individual can have more control over their destiny when it is BU specific. Could potentially cause more people flocking to popular over-performing BUs. But if you can capture rate of change in a BU, it could behooth you to turn around a struggling or lower performing BU
