I got into an argument with my manager because I decided I was done doing all the extra stuff he was assigning me that I couldn't finish in my regular hours. He pulled out both the "family" and "loyalty" cards. Well, I have a family and it's certainly not AIG and if he wants loyalty, he needs to think about getting a dog. From now on, I work just for money. I'm done with their cr-p.

To be safe, I only give about 30%.
On the same boat. Tired of working nights and weekends to not get any incentives, raises or promotions for the hard work. If you want me to care more, pay me better. I’m looking for a new job in the meanwhile because I have come to the conclusion that AIG will not support my career growth.
Exactly!
