Rudderless as far as you, the employee is concerned. But they’re headed in a clear direction.

Allstate is being sued for securities fraud. Get ready. https://pomlaw.com/
This is what happens when big corporations chronically don’t care about people ….customers agents employees. The talking is done but the executives really don’t care about anyone. Yes. everyone is either getting out, hoping for layoffs, or holding out due to being near retirement. There are some millennials who are brainwashed to believe this is a temporary crisis and some Gen x and boomers who keep going as they don’t have the energy to apply for other jobs after working 12 hours a day. India is getting closer to taking over each day AI, self service and vendors will handle what India cannot . It won’t be long until all American customer service type jobs are no more at Allstate. Why would they keep an expensive model of the prior century going? Bottom line it’s too expensive to support the multi million dollar yearly salaries at the top.
I agree. The Company is rudderless and lacks identity. One sentence we are a digital company committed to the monoline business as that comes off the internet. The next sentence we are committed to the customers that want representation. Those folks are usually the 2 cars and a house customers.
The company is in an existential crisis mode. It seems obvious. Financial results. Employee morale. Agents upset and have no idea of how viable this will be in five years. No clear Corporate identity of who they want to be. Just my opinion.
Or do we still have some holdouts?
