Who thinks this new reorg will actually change the culture as spruiked at SETH? Or will it be just another PowerPoint fever dream with the same BS issues persisting?

Remains to be seen who the new leaders are. They more than anything will set the new culture
It’s the same old bullsh-t. Companies changed the boxes around so that leaders can feel that things are happening, and it gives them a jolt of excitement. That’s it.
