I am convinced that we can't attract anyone but D list leaders. It's like the available pool of Healthcare leaders already know they can't right this ship so we can't replace any of the current sh-tshow. No wonder we hired so many from other industries. But it's the d list from there too.
We don't have a single adult making decisions. Just a bunch of toddlers fighting over who gets to keep more toys (employees).
So true. We have so many “leaders” who get laughed at behind their back because they are so incompetent.
