Shake and tight BUs merge, dump the duplicate teams, bring in some shared services and standard processes, stop hanging on to what went before and focus on the delivery not how to score highly on your networking and managing up in ranking, sorry aligning and inspire, build relationships

Procurement and Finance get it early and hard. Facilities Engineering gets paced out between both events to ensure there's capacity to train ENGINE replacements. My guess, at least.
