Shake and tight BUs merge, dump the duplicate teams, bring in some shared services and standard processes, stop hanging on to what went before and focus on the delivery not how to score highly on your networking and managing up in ranking, sorry aligning and inspire, build relationships
CTC got in both rounds
What about ITFP?

Shale&tight will go in the first round
