Was notified on Monday that Emblem has pulled part of their contract with CBH and will be having "traditional CM" (aka telephonic CM) in house with Emblem. We were notified that this was submitted to the state end of Jan and could take anywhere for 90 days to 5 months. Administration could not provide any other details and could not answer basic questions of "Timeline, what job opportunities will be available, will CBH CM be hired for other opportunities, etc." Just a bunch of "we will give you information in real time" corporate jargon.

OP here. Been 2 weeks with zero update as to what is going on this place is awful with communication. "Hey we're gonna lay you off but we don't know when in the mean time keep working really really hard" such nonsense.
Does anyone know if the cms brought in house will be downsized or laid off?

I’m sorry to hear this. Anyone else working the Emblem contract should prep for the same in the next few years. The same happened with the largest Mass contract. They first pulled CM inhouse and then brought everything inhouse a few years later.
