As a ust employee I can confirm this.
from trusted source: after 12 months they (deloitte and ust) will reduce at least 20-30% workforce both usa and offshore. and replace another 20% with cheap labor. these greedy elv and vendor leadership su-ks!!!!
also just phase 1 completed. Hearing entire IT will be split and shared actoss these vendors by end of this year.

Yes, they extract everything from you and provide you peanuts. UST Global is a very greedy company that tries to manipulate its staff.
