You m-rons getting off on CTC being gutted are too stupid to realize that everyone is being gutted. You need to be a really PoS to be rooting for people to lose their jobs.
Whole enterprise is gutted, not just CTC.

5-7% cut previously mentioned was a budget cut, not a headcount cut. Headcount cut will be much larger and US headcount count will be much, much larger.
Focus on execution, no longer agile and chapter garbage with PPT pushers.
CTC cuts will be deeper than 5-7%. That 20% gotta come from somewhere. CTC costs money. Only generates PowerPoints. The BUs are already lean by comparative standards. Do the math.
5-7% cuts in CTC already announced at the CTC Townhall. Perhaps there will be more after ENGINE is fully mobilized but most of the cuts will come from BUs.
