Yes be happy. They will be getting their big bonuses very soon for the merger completion, there is a lot for them to be happy. Then soon after they too will get their walking papers, when the new kids take over the merged company. Then wash, rinse, and repeat for Zayo or another company alike.

They have more recently taken necessary tools to do our jobs properly. I’ve never worked anywhere that likes micromanaging as much as the leadership around here! I personally feel like they need to go on teach preschool kids if that’s what they’re into or be a stay at home parent and micromanage that way. We’re adults here and don’t need excessive supervision. If they don’t trust me to do the right thing then they need to fire me… period the end. The functions that have been removed made it easy for some to abuse the system but rather than punish all they should have let go of those ppl but instead they take away things and cause them to be creative and find new ways to cheat! The good ole boy system is definitely rampant here!
