I’m the US for most G11-G14 it’s 2 weeks for every year of service capped at 6mo.

Likely whoever this is with more than that is band level or 20y +

I was always told one week of severance per one year of employment. 9 months would be approximately 36 years of employment!

In SRPC (france), wec capex reduced drastically , stopped contractors but still work is well below the existing capacity and manpower. No com was done so far on how this will be corrected. Production still busy and RP starts to see slow down with additional capex cancellations.

Well Construction North America is undergoing a lot of restructuring at the top right now. Once that is in place there will be some changes. Unsure currently of what that will look like. From my understanding WC is trying to argue to not follow the restructure due to workload / job count.

NAO has already had reductions. Swaco has had reductions. Unsure of more to come

It’s not just the lay-off as there is a witch hunt going on now to verify that people adhere to BlueFlex and they are tracking office utilization. Next step is 100% RTO for sure as with fewer people in the offices there is space for everyone. In the process some of us will throw in the towel and the company will save another severance package. Same as big tech is doing.
