There will no return to work full-time until Modernization Project and layoffs have occurred. Not enough space for everyone. This topic is getting old.

I have calls two or three nights per week and frequently have 6AM calls as well because I work with Manila frequently. This was manageable when I worked from home every day. Now that I have to commute to the office regularly, I’m significantly less productive.

Chevron’s money, Chevron’s rules.

That being said, it would be more palatable if I didn’t have to scramble to find a place to sit when I come in to work and wasn’t forced to commute only to sit in Teams meetings that I could’ve done at home.

Why don't you put the recurring thread of RM or NH as well? Just to check the sentiment.

Agree, time to move on. Most people have accepted the fact that they need to show up to do the job that they were hired to do, whenever and wherever, or find another job. It's not that complicated.

I have been in discussions when the ratings are low and there is always an excuse and lot of head shaking...
The story goes like: "We are much lower this year because of the re-org, or the project is not going well, or back to office has affected moral, etc.".

Once management has the excuse in hand and waves off the results as temporary, it is treated as one-time thing, and everyone goes back to same old same old...

Nothing changes, corporate executive grifters continue to grift.
