I expect that very soon Mike will show Frank that you can get great results if you treat customers AND employees well. Mike will show that you actually will get more effort when people feel like they work for someone they actually care about.
This will show Frank to be a small and petty person who didn't know a darn thing about how a good leader is supposed to act! Good luck with your approach at SSA, the entire headquarters already knows what to expect and they are all depressed!

Well said and could not agree more. I have witnessed humans treated as garbage after giving so much to their team and Fiserv. While sacrificing their own well being and family.
