Just wondering if anyone knows or has heard if full time WFH employees will eventually have to go back to the office? It seems like several organizations are starting to push for this (not just federal employees) and am wondering if this will end up being us as well?

Don’t underestimate the ability of our leaders to make bad decisions.
I work for a subsidiary. We are mostly all remote. We were told that we couldn’t go back to the office even if we wanted to.
I would be surprised if they went this route. If nothing else, the possibility of possibly moving into telecommuting full time is a carrot they love to dangle to motivate their in office staff.
If it doesn't make dollars it doesn't make sense. For certain jobs, it makes more money to keep it remote than in office.
