Next time you have give your projection on your objective….call a huge miss! Talk about getting under people’s skins!! So fun! And mean it. When your DM pushes back tell ‘em… still cleaning up from the quarter close mess. Watch them squirm but don’t back down! Remind them to review previous sales reports when others have missed.

Don't worry, the DM's fabricate your objections. They can make you miss even if you grew the territory. They are hosing you so you don't get paid but they still get their bonus.

That’s the point, just stop caring! Feels good! When I proudly tell my DM I’m gonna miss by a landslide, it feels wonderful! I make it a big enough miss that they feel the pain as well! 😂

Then you have the ftows that Just don’t gaf. So you have to check their orders…so if i have to keep checking their orders to see if they added for displays (which they don’t) , what is the point of having them just to sc--w us all. Just another reason to make me not care any more.

How can you give a projection when you don’t even write half the orders?! And the people writing the other half aren’t even skilled enough to be baggers or shopping cart pushers.

I tell them their guess is as good as mine. I don't write the orders. My backrooms are loaded by product they forced in. I don't even look at sales numbers, I could care less about them.
